Priyanka Chopra just revealed an exciting update about her much-awaited series, Citadel. The actress announced the wrap of her drama series with a bunch of BTS photographs.

The Quantico star took to her official Instagram handle to unveil the news of the wrap and shared photos from the show’s sets. The series of pictures shows her along with the cast and crew of Citadel, including stars Madden and Ashleigh Cummings. One of the photographs also featured the actress with bruises on her body.

In the caption of the post, Chopra mentioned how the cast and crew had put in a lot of intense work over the course of the year and thanked them for their arduous contribution. She also added that even though it had been a lot of work, it would be all worth it when fans get to see their efforts while watching the show.

In addition to Peecee, Madden and Cummings, the series also features Roland Møller.

Citadel is touted to be a spy series set in the United Kingdom and will have spin-offs set in India and Italy. The Indian version of the show will star Varun Dhawan in his OTT debut. The Indian series will be helmed by The Family Man’s Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. All versions of the show will be produced by Amazon Studios.

The upcoming drama series is created by Patrick Moran and the Russo brothers, while the latter duo is popular for working in the Marvel Cinematic Universe which includes 2019’s Avengers: Endgame.

Citadel will be available to stream on Amazon Prime Video tentatively in February 2022.
