Code Name Tiranga teaser: Parineeti is a spy on a mission to save the nation

The teaser of Parineeti Chopra and Punjabi singer-turned-actor Sandhu's upcoming film, Code Name: Tiranga, was released today. The teaser gives us a glimpse of Parineeti's character as a spy, who is on a fearless mission for her nation and is in a race against time where sacrifice is her only choice. The teaser is high on action and thrill and Parineeti is also seen performing some heavy-duty action.

The opening shot of the teaser has a helicopter hovering over a mountainous terrain. We also see a vessel in the Mumbai Arabian sea coast, followed by a desert covered in snow. Parineeti is seen as a courageous spy, who would go to any extent to save her country, sacrificing her life for the same. We also see her fighting terrorists alongside Harrdy Sandhu. It looks like Parineet's fans will get her to watch in a never-before-seen avatar.

Parineeti Chopra, who shared the teaser on her Instagram page, wrote, “Honoured to be a part of this mission for my country. Excited to be collaborating with two of my favourites. Harrdy Sandhu and Ribhu Dasgupta. Let the action begin. Code Name Tiranga (sic).”

The teaser also gives us a glimpse of Sharad Kelkar, Rajit Kapur, Dibyendu Bhattacharya, Shishir Sharma, Sabyasachi Chakraborty and Deesh Mariwala. The film is written and directed by Ribhu Dasgupta, with whom Parineeti had earlier worked in Girl on the Train.

It was not long ago that the first-look posters from the film were also released on social media. Parineeti had then captioned her post, “Nation. Love. Sacrifice. Code Name Tiranga… Excited to be collaborating with my favourite Punjabi boy Harrdy Sandhu on this one (sic).”

Code Name: Tiranga’ is presented by Gulshan Kumar, T-Series, Reliance Entertainment and Film Hangar and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Reliance Entertainment, Ribhu Dasgupta and Vivek B Agrawal. The film will hit screens on 14th October, 2022.
