Comicstaan Season 3 trailer: Abish Mathew and Kusha Kapila-hosted show is a laughter riot - watch

The trailer of Comicstaan Season 3 is finally out and we can't stop laughing. The latest season of India's famous comedy show will see Zakir Khan, Neeti Palta, Kenny Sebastian and Sumukhi Suresh take the judge’s seat, while Rahul Subramanian, Sapam Verma, Rohan Joshi, Prashasti Singh, Kannan Gill, Aadar Malik and Anu Menon will mentor the new contestants.

The latest trailer sees Abish Mathew and Kusha Kapila as the new host who welcomes the audience to the show. After that Rohan makes fun of one of the anchors and says, "Please give it up for Abhish Mathew. Oh sorry, read wrong. 'It says give up' Abhish Mathew." This cracks everyone into laughing on the set. Kusha introduces the top eight contestants on the show as well. Amid the ongoing clip, Zakir can be seen praising a contestant as he says, " Mazaa hi agaya (I really enjoyed it)." 

Meanwhile, one of the contestants cracks up a joke about Kusha and says, "Kusha Kapila is an internet sensation and that sensation is 'pain'," along with the host herself, the joke cracks everyone on the show.

Talking about the show, India's leading standup comedian-actor Zakir Khan said in a statement that he is thrilled about the new season of Comicstaan and it feels great to get back on the judge’s seat. He further added that all the eight contestants are unique and have an individual rawness among them. 

Zakir also mentioned that the contestants' growth during the course of this season is commendable and he is really impressed with it.

The talented comedian and actor Sumukhi Suresh also shared her thoughts on Comicstaan Season 3 and mentioned in a recent statement that she is massively excited about the show and even though she has been judging every contestant, she has learnt a lot. "They remind you of the hustle of writing every day or the openness of learning a new skill (improv and sketch)," she added.

Comicstaan Season 3 is all set to premiere on July 15 on Amazon Prime Video.
