Confirmed: Kalidas Jayaram joins Kamal Haasan, Vijay Sethupathi, Fahadh Faasil in Vikram

It seems like the cast of Vikram is expanding most excitingly. Earlier it was reported that Kalidas Jayaram is roped in to play a pivotal role in the film starring Kamal Haasan, Fahadh Faasil and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles. Now, the Paava Kadhaigal actor took to his social media pages and shared a photo posing with Kamal confirming his presence in Vikram. In the photo, both are seen all smiles while posing together.

Kalidas shared the moment with a caption stating, "Extremely elated to be a drop in this ocean of a film #vikram. Happy to join back with the one and only #andavar @ikamalhaasan sir. Thank you, @lokesh.kanagaraj sir, for this opportunity #arambichitom @rkfioffl."

This will be the second time, Kalidas will be working with Kamal. The veteran actor and filmmaker earlier had a cameo in the young actor's Tamil debut titled Meen Kuzhambum Mann Paanaiyum which was released in 2016.

In Vikram, Kalidas will be playing the role of Kamal's onscreen son and the shooting is currently in progress.

Earlier, when the film went on floors, Kamal penned a heartfelt note on his social media pages that read as "Day one of VIKRAM. Felt like a High school reunion. In the past 50 years, this is the longest I have been away from film shootings."

Kamal even welcomed his 'comrades' from all echelons especially Lokesh and his enthusiastic team. He called Vijay and Fahadh as his 'talented brothers' in his post dedicated to team Vikram. 

A few days back, Fahadh's official Facebook page also posted a selfie of the actor with Haasan much to the excitement of the fans.

With every update of Vikram, fans are becoming impatient and can't wait to witness the magic Lokesh Kanagarj is creating onscreen.
