There has been a lot of talk about Samantha Ruth Prabhu's health and how it has affected her availability for filming. This time, the rumour mills said that Samantha had dropped out of Citadel, an original spy series starring Varun Dhawan and directed by Raj and DK. Some also reported that her autoimmune disease, myositis, would force her to take a long time off from work, which would lead to her being replaced in her next projects.
But these rumours have been put to rest, which is good news for people who adore Samantha. A source recently explained to a top news website that everything that has been said about her being replaced in Citadel is untrue. Beginning in the second half of January, she will start the shoot.
Samantha began the year 2023 on a more upbeat note by posting a cute selfie and writing, "Function forward… Control what we can!! Guess it’s time for newer and easier resolutions.. ones that are kinder and gentler on ourselves. God bless. Happy 2023!!"
Additionally, she unveiled the movie's poster. Shaakuntalam will hit theatres on February 17. She is obviously on schedule, which is wonderful news for the audience.
Samantha came in first place in a survey of India's most popular female stars, making her the queen of a top research report every month in 2022. With her extremely sensual persona and graceful dance steps, she also helped to make the dance number Oo Antava popular, which is still making people groove and move to this day. Her most recent movie, Yashoda, a thriller in which the talented actor played the main role, profited at the box office and received a lot of praise from critics.
Samantha has a long list of interesting projects coming up, including Shaakuntalam and Kushi, in addition to Citadel.
