The romantic drama Bawaal, which Sajid Nadiadwala directed and which Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Earthsky Pictures, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, and Nitesh Tiwari produced, will premiere on Prime Video tomorrow. In the critically acclaimed Nitesh Tiwari-directed film Bawaal, Varun Dhawan and Jahnvi Kapoor will share the screen for the first time. The movie will debut first on Prime Video.
According to Manish Menghani, director of content licensing at Prime Video, India, the OTT giant is delighted with the opportunity to take one of the country's most renowned directors, Nitesh Tiwari's labour of love Bawaal, to audiences in more than 200 countries and territories with a worldwide launch. They thank Sajid for entrusting them with this very special film, Bawaal, the first film from Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment to release directly on Prime Video globally.
Manish added that the brilliant turns by Varun and Jahnvi propel Bawaal to the level of an outstanding story that has broad appeal. The story, which begins in rural India and ends in the heart of Europe, is riveting. While Nadiadwala added that one of his most ambitious projects, Bawaal, is really precious to him, having his favourite director, Nitesh Tiwari, at the helm and seeing Varun and Jahnvi give it their all in their first film together made it a pleasure to produce this film.
