This year’s one of the much-anticipated films, Coolie, is now all set for its streaming debut. The Rajinikanth film which is written and directed by filmmaker Lokesh Kanagaraj, will be made available on Prime Video in closer to a month since its theatrical release. As per our sources, it has been confirmed that Coolie will release on Prime Video on September 11. An official announcement will be made by the streaming platform in the coming days. Subscribers of OTTplay Premium will be able to watch Coolie from September 11, by topping up their existing plan.
Coolie is an action thriller, which marked the first time Lokesh Kanagaraj is directing Rajinikanth. The film revolves around a mansion owner named Deva who gets to know the death of his long-lost friend and sets out to uncover the truth behind his untimely death, leading him to a smuggling group he once had a connection with.
