Plot of Corona Dhavan
Many movies have happened in Malayalam that revolve around the consumption of alcohol. Examples include Kunjiramayanam and Mohanlal's Hallo, which hilariously showcased the alcoholism prevalent among Malayalee audiences. Corona Dhavan is also a comedy film that focuses on some villagers who attempt to obtain alcohol during the Covid restrictions. Lukman plays Vinu, who becomes the villagers' last hope for getting alcohol. In the absence of liquor, they turn to Vinu who had stocked up on bottles for his sister's wedding celebrations. However, when the wedding party falls through, Vinu's liquor stash becomes a coveted commodity among his friends and acquaintances in the village. The film depicts the villagers' chaotic efforts to satisfy their alcohol cravings in a humorous manner.
