Criminal Justice season 4 grand finale comes to a close and Pankaj Tripathi's show appears to be truly 'A Family Matter' a la Diljit Dosanjh's Detective Sherdil

Criminal Justice season 4 finale is just hours away, and the internet is already going crazy with wild theories about who actually killed Roshni. The most evident of them is that this is truly 'A Family Matter,' since there isn't just one killer but members of the family protecting one another (a concept we observed most recently in Diljit Dosanjh's Detective Sherdil). Here's what the theory explores...
Although the real answer to the question will be out at mid-night of July 3, 2025, the theories on the internet are going wild. Most of them point out to one incident that could have exposed the killers. This theory dates to the episode of Ira consuming milk only to find out she is lactose intolerant. This is the moment from episode 2 where Anju serves Madhav Mishra (Pankaj Tripathi) with tea and gives Ira milk with medicine. Ira consumes the milk, and her body reacts to the same. Instantly, netizens started believing that Anju could be covering up to move suspicion away from Ira and onto her, or something bigger is at play. Furthermore, the way Ira drew Roshni and the grandmother could be a major giveaway. It is speculated that Roshni's death was an accident caused by Ira, and Anju was simply trying to cover things up to protect her daughter.
Diljit Dosanjh's recently released Detective Sherdil had a similar plot, where a family member ended up killing another family member in a heated moment, and the mother of the family took charge to cover up the murder. Is this a replay of the moment, or is there something more than we see? Madhav Mishra will uncover the truth tonight as Criminal Justice season 4 aka Criminal Justice: A Family Matter finale comes near.
Criminal Justice: A Family Matter finale will be out on JioHotstar at 12 am on July 3, 2025. The series comes to an end tonight and will pave the way for Kay Kay Menon's Special Ops 2.0, helmed by Neeraj Pandey, next week. The show brings back Karan Tacker, among other actors.
