Sohum Shah's Crazxy has been rejected by the audiences. For its hype, the film has not held up. It has failed to mint Rs. 1 crore on day 1, and even the early trends from day 2 suggest that the movie still has ways to reach the mark which was child's play for its competitor, Chhaava. Here's the Box Office collection of Crazxy so far...
Sohum Shah's Crazxy has minted merely Rs. 90 lakh on day 1. It is not even close to earning Rs. 1 crore even for day 2 early trends, as per Sacnilk. This hints that the movie has been rejected by the movie-going audiences.
Given the Tumbbad craze in 2024, the expectations from Crazxy were high. However, clearly, the film sees very little footfalls, struggling to earn Rs. 1 crore even after 2 days. This is a clear indication that Crazxy is just a hype and is likely to end up as a disaster.
According to various portals, Crazxy is made on a budget of Rs. 20 crore. Given the current trend, the movie is not even close to recovery through the Box Office numbers. Only if Sunday ends up as a miracle, there might be some hope for the movie but otherwise, it is a clear disaster.
While Crazxy is rejected by the audiences, Vicky Kaushal’s Chhaava continues receiving all the love. The film has already crossed Rs. 400 mark at the Box Office and now all eyes are on whether the movie, co-starring Rashmika Mandanna and Akshaye Khanna, can come close to earning Rs. 500 crore. Despite the drop, the Laxman Utekar film has broken records and might continue doing so over this weekend, given how Crazxy is proving to be no competition to the film.
