Dada actor Kavin drops a heartfelt video, has THIS message for his fans

Actors Kavin and Aparna Das's emotional feel-good drama Dada has released across theatres today and the film, helmed by debutant Ganesh K Babu, has opened to positive reviews. Ahead of the film's release, Kavin dropped a video on his social media handle, in which he opened his heart out to his fans. He said, "After a gap of four long years, my film is releasing in theatres. This is my third film.  At the same time, I could say that 12 years of my dream is reflected in this film. All those who saw Dada during the press show and the premiere, have given positive reviews. I hope the audience too likes the film."

He stated that the film was the story of an ordinary man. "We had shown a happy side of the youngster in the teaser and trailer, but the film is much beyond that. There is an emotional side to it, too. I think that after watching the film, you will go with the satisfaction of having watched a good film. It would proceed in a very patient manner and I would want you to watch it that way as well. When we were making the film, we were wondering how to make it appealing to everyone. I want you to watch the film with all your loved ones as I am sure that families will be able to connect to it."

He added, "You had given genuine feedback for my previous outing, Lift which was released on OTT. I hope you do it for this film as well."

In the meantime, the film's leading lady Aparna Das had also dropped a heartfelt note for her co-star. Thanking Kavin, Aparna wrote on her social media handle, "Thank you for giving me #dada. I have seen you work so much for this film. Against all the odds, you fought and made it right. So many things tried to pull you down but you stayed strong against everything. Thank you for making this beautiful film and making me a big part of it."
