Dada actor Kavin writes heartfelt note as Anirudh Ravichander joins his next film: 'It feels surreal'

Actor Kavin, which is basking in the success of his previous movie Dada , expressed his heartfelt gratitude on Friday, following the launch of his next movie. He was overwhelmed by the reality that his next movie will have a musical score by composer Anirudh Ravichander. The up-and-coming actor considers it a significant milestone in his career.

"Words fall short to express the overwhelming gratitude I feel right now. I've always had dreams, big and small, that I wondered if they would ever come true. And one of those dreams was to have the incredible @anirudhofficial sir sing for one of my movies. Now, to find out that he's going to be the music director for my film is beyond belief. It's like my entire life's wish has been fulfilled. Walking into this studio for the first time, knowing it's for our film, feels surreal," Kavin wrote in a social media post.

The untitled project will mark the directorial debut of popular choreographer Sathish Krishnan. "The journey that led me to this career path, and the countless opportunities that have come my way,it all feels like destiny. I owe a heartfelt thank you to @dancersatz and @mynameisraahul for making this happen today But my gratitude extends to everyone who has been a part of my career journey. Each and every person who believed in me, supported me, and gave me the chance to pursue my dreams, I am forever indebted to you," he added. 

Kavin caught his first break in television. He was known for his roles in popular Tamil serials Kana Kaanum Kaalangal, Thayumanavan and Saravanan Meenatchi. And his popularity went to the next level after he became one of the participants in the third season of Bigg Boss Tamil. After the show, Kavin is now focusing on cementing his position as a leading man in Tamil cinema. 

Kavin's previous movie Dada was well-received at the box office. 

The upcoming movie is bankrolled by producer Raahul of Romeo Pictures. And it stars Preethi Asrani, who made quite a mark with her performance in Ayothi, as the female lead.
