Das Ka Dhamki release date: When and where to watch Vishwak Sen and Nivetha Pethuraj's actioner

Vishwak Sen, who's had two credible films in his kitty in 2022 - Ori Devuda and Ashoka Vanamlo Arjuna Kalyanam - is wielding the megaphone yet again after Falaknuma Das. He's directing and acting in Das Ki Dhamki, a film for which he's paired alongside Nivetha Thomas (also his leading lady in Paagal). The film, which went on floors earlier this year, is produced by Karate Raju under Vanmaye Creations and Vishwaksen Cinemas.

Earlier today, the makers of Das Ka Dhamki unveiled the first-look of the film, where Vishwak Sen sports a watch, an earring, appearing in a rugged avatar with a beard. It's as if he's clearly signifying 'I'm the boss' The film promises to be an action thriller in the making, in which the actor will be seen in an out-and-out massy role. Rao Ramesh, Hyper Aadi, Rohini and Prithviraj also essay crucial roles in the entertainer.

Das Ka Dhamki will release in theatres in February 2023. Beyond Telugu, the film will also mark Vishwak's debut across the Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi markets. Leon James scores the music for the film which has cinematography by Dinesh K Babu. Anwar Ali is the editor. Bulgarian stunt choreographers Todor Lazarov-Juji, who also worked for RRR and Hari Hara Veera Mallu, have reportedly designed the action sequence for the climax in this project. Ramakrishna and Venkat are other stunt directors for the film.

A Ramanjaneyulu is the art director. The film is currently being shot in Hyderabad and the shoot is expected to be wrapped this weekend. Prasanna Kumar Bezawada has written the story.
