Dasvi: Abhishek Bachchan on working with Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur: They are so good at what they do

Abhishek Bachchan is gearing up for the OTT release of his upcoming film titled Dasvi. The actor co-stars with Nimrat Kaur and Yami Gautam Dhar in the movie. The trailer of Dasvi has already piqued the interest of the fans and has created quite a lot of buzz. Abhishek will be seen playing the character of a Haryanvi politician who gets convicted in corruption charges and ends up in jail where he gets determined to pass his 10th standard exams. 

While speaking about his experience working with Nimrat (who plays his wife) and Yami (who will be seen in the role of a cop) to the Free Press Journal, the actor mentioned that he loved working with both of them as they are quite refreshing to work with. "They are so good at what they do. I got to learn from each and every actor," he was quoted as saying by the portal.

Abhishek further added that it was a wonderful experience for him and that he has very happy memories while shooting for Dasvi with them. The actor was also quizzed if there were any hiccups while shooting for the film, to which the actor replied saying that while one may feel that there would have been problems as they were shooting in the Central Jail of Agra, but contrary to such notions, everything went on quite smoothly. Abhishek credited the producer Dinesh Vijan and his team for managing things very professionally. 

Speaking about Dasvi, the actor said that he feels it's a very responsible film having its heart in the right place. He also added that it's a film one can watch with their entire family. The film will be available to stream on Netflix and Jio Cinema from April 7.
