Actor Abhishek Bachchan is currently basking in the glory of the success of his recent film, Dasvi. Bachchan has been especially heaping praises for his performance as an illiterate Chief Minister and his Haryanvi accent in the drama, which also stars Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur in important roles.
Though Bachchan has been keeping himself busy, doing films and web series like Breathe: Into The Shadows, it's been a decade since he has collaborated with his wife and actor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. In a recent conversation with Indian Express, the actor opened up about the possibility of working with his wife and creating some amazing on-screen spectacle again. He said he would love to collaborate with her but only when they get the right script at the right time. "Until we don’t find that, we can’t do a film together. But we both love to work together,” he said adding that he admires and holds huge respect for her as an artist and enjoys working with her.
He also spoke about his fond memories of working with her. He said every moment he shared with her on the sets is memorable. “She is a wonderful actor. Being on set with her is always memorable,” he said.
The two have earlier collaborated on Mani Ratnam's movies Guru in 2007 and Raavan in 2010.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan is currently shooting for the sequel to the hit Amazon Prime Video series, Breathe 3 with Nitya Menen and Amit Sadh. The series, which marked his debut on OTT, is in the final schedule of its shoot. The actor shared an update about the series too. He said they are left with only a few days of the shoot and the show should be out by the end of this year.
The series was also announced as one of the 41 titles that the streaming giant will be releasing this year at the See Where It Takes You event, held in Mumbai. The event was hosted by Karan Johar.
