Dasvi song Ghani Trip: Watch Abhishek Bachchan's desi cool swag as Ganga Ram Chaudhary in this peppy track

Abhishek Bachchan, Yami Gautam and Nimrat Kaur starrer Dasvi is all set to drop on April 7. Ahead of the film's release, the makers have unveiled a new peppy track titled Ghani Trip. The fun and groovy song have been composed by the duo Sachin-Jigar, who has also sung it along with Mellow D, Kirti Sagathia, while Ashish Pandit has penned the lyrics. 

The video song also features Yami Gautam in her trademark sakht IPS officer avatar. Nimrat Kaur’s feisty biwi Bimla Devi makes an appearance too. The track begins with the Vicky Donor actress asking the protagonist, "Chaudhary Sahab, what's your qualifications?" to which Abhishek replies that he has studied till the eighth standard.

The song further sees the Bollywood actor entering the jail with swag, while hundreds of unmated wearing colourful attires welcome him. Abhishek can be seen tapping his feet along with all the background dancers on some peppy signature steps. In the end, the two actresses also start grooving with Jr Bachchan on the song.

Dasvi marks Tushar Jalota's first film as a director. Meanwhile, it has been backed by the Luka Chuppi and Stree fame producer Dinesh Vijan. Suresh Nair and Ritesh Shah have penned the script of Abhishek, Yami and Nimrat's upcoming social comedy-drama film.

Dasvi, which also has Danish Husain, Arun Kushwah, Sumit Shekhar and Abhimanyu Yadav essaying the supporting characters, is slated to premiere on Netflix and Jio Cinema on April 7.
