While Allu Arjun’s pan-Indian blockbuster Pushpa: The Rise has taken the country by storm, the fanfare has also reached beyond borders. David Warner has now shared a fun video as Allu Arjun’s Pushpa Raj from the movie.
The Australian opening batsman took to social media to share the video, which has his face morphed into Allu Arjun’s from the movie. The video has multiple short clips from the movie featuring Pushpa Raj and Rashmika Mandanna’s Srivalli.
Fans have already made the video a big hit and have also taken to the comment section to share the cricketer's love and appreciation. Warner had previously posted videos on Instagram featuring his daughters doing the punch line from the movie as well as dancing to the song from Pushpa: The Rise.
The cricketer is known for his funny and often goofy videos he posts on Instagram. Warner, who was also a player of the Sunrisers Hyderabad in the Indian Premier League, is a big fan of the South-Indian superstar.
Pushpa: The Rise is written and directed by Sukumar and also stars Fahadh Faasil, Jagadeesh Prathap Bandari, Sunil, Rao Ramesh, Dhananjaya, Anasuya Bharadwaj, and Ajay Ghosh in supporting roles.
The action drama that tells the tale of the rise of Pushpa Raj, a woodcutter into a prominent figure in the illegal red sandalwood smuggling ring, is produced by Naveen Yerneni, Ravi Shankar Yalamanchili under Mythri Movie Makers and Muttamsetty Media.
The movie also has music composed by Devi Sri Prasad and all of the songs have already become big hits in multiple languages. The movie, which was released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi, is now available to stream on Amazon Prime Video.
