After Aami Sei Manush Ta Aar Nei, the second song of Srijit Mukherji’s Dawshom Awbotaar was dropped on Friday. The love song, Baundule Ghuri, sung by Arijit Singh and Shreya Ghoshal was unveiled at an exclusive event held at Presidency University. The song is composed by Anupam Roy. Srijit, Prosenjit Chatterjee, and others were present at the launch.
Baundule Ghuri takes centre stage in portraying the chemistry between Anirban Bhattacharya and Jaya Ahsan – two actors from the film. It also offers a glimpse into Probit Roychowdhury’s life.
Billed as a cop universe drama, Dawshom Awbotaar is a double prequel to Baishe Srabon and Vinci Da. With Srijit’s storytelling and stellar star cast, including Prosenjit Chatterjee, Anirban Bhattacharya, Jaya Ahsan, and Jisshu U Sengupta, this film is one of the most anticipated releases of Puja. Produced by SVF, the film is scheduled to be released on October 19. Along with this film, Arun Roy’s Bagha Jatin, Arindam Sil’s Jongole Mitin Mashi, and Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s Raktabeej will battle it out at the box office this festive season. In another month, the fate of Prosenjit Chatterjee, Dev, Koel Mallick, Srijit Mukherji, Abir Chatterjee, Arindam Sil, Shiboprosad Mukherjee, and others will be decided for this Puja.
