Dawshom Awbotaar: Srijit starts recce in Kolkata

Srijit Mukherji has just finished shooting his Byomkesh web series Durgo Rohoshyo. But for him, there is no time to rest. His film Dawshom Awbotaar is coming in this Puja. He has started the preparation. 

Srijit Mukherji was seen today observing something from the rooftop of a high building in Burra Bazar. He is facing Howrah Bridge and the Ganges. He started the reiki for his film. Spot selection is going on. He shared the photo on social media. 

Srijit was wearing a magenta-colored tee shirt. He wrote, “Dawshom Awbotaar Recce. Coming in this Puja.” Dawshom Awbotaar will be the next film in Bengal’s cop universe. Prosenjit Chatterjee, Jisshu U Sengupta, Anirban Bhattacharya, and Subhasree Ganguly will act in the film. Baishe Srabon’s Prabir Raychoudhury and Vinci Da’s DCDD Poddar will appear together this time. After 2019, Srijit’s film will again be released during Puja. Gumnami was released that year and starred Prosenjit and Anirban. They are returning together once again. The thriller will be produced by Zee Studios. 

Several films will be released during Durga Puja. Besides Dawshom Awbotaar, Shiboprosad Mukherjee and Nandita Roy’s Roktobeej, Dev’s Bagha Jatin, and Arindam Sil’s Jangale Mitin Masi will be released. Roktobeej stars Abir and Mimi. Meanwhile, Koel Mallick will play the detective Mitin Mashi in Arindam Sil’s film.
