Story:

Rizwan Khan and Abhimanyu Singh come face-to-face at a party. The reason? Asmita Roy. What will happen?

Review:

Dear Ishq begins in the obnoxious manner the show is. Abhimanyu Razdan and Asmita Roy are no surprise and the music isn’t a surprise either.

Sehban Azim as Abhimanyu is okay in his role. His moment with Rizwan is the highlight of this episode.

Niyati Fatnani, in the role of Asmita, does a fair job too. She’s just okay in her character.

Kishwer Merchant as Maya has nothing new to offer. She gives the same expressions as most other characters on the show.

The character close-ups are dumb and of no need. The music, of course, is of no help either.

Verdict:

Dear Ishq is like the water at the bottom of the glass. The makers throw some stones so you can reach for a drink. That’s all this episode does – provide some relief amidst the stupidity.
