Story:

Asmita Roy tries to side with Rizwan Khan because of personal reasons but given her professional setting, she has to side with his enemy, Abhimanyu Razdan. Where will things go from there?

Review:

Dear Ishq episode 17 commences right where episode 16 ended. Asmita Roy and Abhimanyu Singh part ways.

Niyati Fatnani, in the role of Asmita, does better this time. Sehban Azim as Abhimanyu, on the other hand, is still a bore.

Kishwer Merchant as Maya is still better. She has a catfight moment, which is cool to watch.

What’s not so cool to watch is the dumbness in the show. From Rizwan praising Abhimanyu as a game to people rooting for Abhimanyu in the strangest way, nothing really works. The episode even ends on their weird note.

Verdict:

Dear Ishq was a series only of a few moments. This episode, the show is back to being its stupid self. The scenes barely make sense and you get your usual TV drama.
