Story:

The real killer’s identity is out. Can Abhimanyu and Asmita reveal that face? Is it one of them?

Review:

Dear Ishq episode 51 commences with the trademark style – glimpses of Mumbai. This is before going back to where the last episode ended – with Kishwer Merchant’s Maya and Puneet Tejwani as Peter. She is dramatic and he is absolutely not feeling that. The music tends to overdramtize the scene but the drama also doesn’t come across many-a-times.

Sehban Azim’s Abhimanyu Razdan and Niyati Fatnani’s Asmita Roy come in the scene later. They also take off where they left. He takes the lead, as expected.

Abhimanyu and Asmita’s romance finally works. The only con is that it is borderline creepy.

The glimpses of Mumbai are back between scenes. It does not even end at once. These scenes make a comeback, over-and-over.

Buneet Kapoor makes a comeback as Shauvik but he’s once again disappointing. There’s barely anything compared to his last episode. The actor works only during a mysterious vibe. Romance is absolutely not his thing, even now.

The other big mystery (not so much) is revealed. Obviously, the music does overdramtize the scene to a great extent. The mystery person does the job well but the music goes overboard.

Verdict:

Dear Ishq goes overboard with the music. On the other hand, everybody underperforms. That is definitely not a good combo.
