Even if the scenes might work otherwise, they definitely don’t with random glimpses and unnecessary music.

Asmita misunderstands the situation with Abhimanyu. Can things get better?

Review:

Dear Ishq episode 53 commences with where the last one ended. It is with Sehban Azim’s Abhimanyu Razdan and Niyati Fatnani’s Asmita Roy. While he is intense, she ends up being clumsy and goofy.

Abhimanyu and Asmita’s romance gets better. Finally, there’s a confession.

Asmita tries her hand at action but of course, she’s not given the action like men have been given on the show. She is shown to be delicate and fearful in such matters.

Buneet Kapoor’s Shauvik is back. His role is only average but the music amps up his character.

The change of scene with Mumbai glimpses is back. This comes in the middle of mystery, once again.

This time, Kaveri Ghosh makes a comeback as Asmita’s mother. She is seen with Beena Banerjee, who plays the grandmom. Of course, the scene is funny.

Just that one scene later, the glimpses of Mumbai are back. Music is a drawback even in the scene after that. With that, the episode comes to an end randomly, once again.

Verdict:

Even if you want to root for the show, the makers ensure there’s no scope to love it. Unnecessary scenes and music absolutely ruin your viewing experience.
