Story:

Asmita finally finds out the truth about Abhimanyu. What will her next step be?

Review:

Dear Ishq episode 54 commences with Sehban Azim’s Abhimanyu Razdan and Niyati Fatnani’s Asmita Roy discussing his father. Being a sensitive topic, the scene is well-executed. Sehban, like always, does his job well.

Of course, there’s a glimpse of a building before the focus shifts to Kishwer Merchant’s Maya. She is back after two long episodes.

Puneet Tejwani’s Peter is back and he is somewhat better since the big revelation. He now leaves an impression with most scenes.

The mystery on the show continues. The scene is not really a surprise but is appealing anyway.

Abhimanyu, once again, is not a surprise. His dual personality is out and in this episode, his other side is revealed too.

Kaveri Ghosh as Asmita’s mother and Beena Banerjee, who plays the grandmom, are back. They are seen in a brief role.

The episode ends with Asmita being heartbroken. The scene is actually the only realistic one on the show so far.

Verdict:

The episode just progresses, Dear Ishq style. That is till Asmita has a real moment. That is probably the only one in the whole show.
