December 2021 OTT Binge Watch Web Series

OTT platforms are in the lead with a barrage of content rolling out from all over the globe. Whether it’s the worldwide famous streamers or the homegrown ones, all of them are offering a hell-lot of content to get cosy and binge-watch with your friends and family.

December, the final month of 2021, has a massive list of series that can be binged-watched in the comfort of one’s home. Disney+ Hotstar has the Sushmita Sen starrer Aarya 2. Meanwhile, Netflix has the highly anticipated mystery thriller show titled Aranyak that features Raveena Tondon in the lead role.

Aarya 2 (Disney+ Hotstar)

The Hotstar Specials web series follows the life of a family that is connected to the drug mafia. Sushmita Sen’s Aarya is back in the action with her gangster avatar to protect her family and avenge her husband. Ram Madhvani's created show, which is based on the Dutch drama series Penoza, will be available to stream from December 10.

Aranyak (Netflix)

Set in a small misty town named Sironah, the Raveena Tondon starrer show follows the case of a missing foreign teenage tourist that resurrects a forgotten myth of a bloodthirsty, serial-killer in the forest on the hills. The mystery thriller show is set to drop on December 10.

Bonus Family Season 4 (Netflix)

Bonus Family is a Swedish comedy-drama show that revolves around a new couple, who are tangled with their ex-partners and their children that leads them to deal with the emotional challenges in an unconventional family. It will release on December 9.

Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam (ZEE5)

An anthology of six stories about ordinary women who find extraordinary ways to overcome adversity. Qatil Haseenaon Ke Naam is slated to release on December 10.

Voir (Netflix)

The documentary series showcases the connection of cinema with celebrities, movie makers and the audience. It features Eva Wild, Olive Bernadette Hoffman, Drew McWeeny among others. Voir is now available to stream on the OTT giant.

Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2 (Netflix)

The series finale is set to chronicle the most important part of the show, the exit plan. The Professor’s gang, which has been locked up inside the bank for nearly 100 hours are now gearing up to pull out the biggest heist successfully. Money Heist: Season 5 Volume 2 can be streamed on the OTT giant from December 3.

Lost in Space season 3 (Netflix)

Humans had to leave the Earth in search of a new planet for the survival of their species. The Robinsons are one such family, who are now tackling the most dangerous surrounding in the space and other temporary stations. Inside Edge Season 3 (Amazon Prime Video)

Inside Edge 3 has taken the bar up notch with its controversial cricket story. Richa Chadha’s Zarina Malik, who is a former actress and the co-owner of a cricket team called Mumbai Mavericks, will be seen in the strongest avatar ever as she continues to fight for supremacy in the business amid spot-fixing, doping and more. The latest season will also explore the legalisation of betting in cricket for a crucial motive. Watch out for the shows on December 3.
