December 2021 Week 3 OTT movies, web series India releases: From Emily In Paris S2 to Atrangi Re

The third week of December brings some highly anticipated web series and movies of 2021. From Netflix’s Emily in Paris that stars Lily Collins and Lucas Bravo to the Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush starrer Atrangi Re on Disney+ Hotstar, this week has some of the binge-worthy content to look for. Shark Tank India season one on Sony LIV is another reality show that ups the audience excitement, while Tovino Thomas' Minnal Murali on Netflix is another film that the OTT audience are waiting for for a long time.

Emily in Paris S2- 22nd December 2021 (Netflix)

Emily in Paris is back with another season to make you sweep you off your feet. Lilly Collins's Emily is now stuck in a love triangle with her chef neighbour from Normandy. She will also be seen taking up a holiday with her gal-pal Mindy Chen. 

The Silent Sea- 24th December 2021 (Netflix)

Starring the Gong Yoo (Train To Bhusan), Bae Doona, the upcoming Korean series chronicles the space adventure of a group of astronauts, who are on a 24-hour mission on the moon for secret research.

Shark Tank India S01- 20th December 2021 (Sony LIV)

Hosted by Rannvijay Singha, the reality show features the CEOs and owners of multiple big brands of India, who will invest their money in the startups of the common people. Shark Tank has been a big hit in the US since 2009. 

Being The Ricardos- 21st December 2021 (Amazon Prime Video)

The Nicole Kidman and Javier Bardem starrer biographical film is based on a powerful couple of the early 1950s, who see the lowest of their lives, their relationship and their career. Being The Ricardos also stars J. K. Simmons, Nina Arianda, Tony Hale, Alia Shawkat, Jake Lacy, and Clark Gregg in pivotal roles.

Don't Look Up- 24th December 2021 (Netflix)

The black comedy film follows the research of two low-level astronomers, who embark on a journey to warn the people about a giant comet that is approaching earth and can destroy the whole planet. Don't Look Up stars Leonardo DiCaprio, Jennifer Lawrence, Timothée Chalamet, Ariana Grande among other Hollywood stars.

Minnal Murali- 24th December 2021 (Netflix )

The multi-lingual film stars Tovino Thomas as the protagonist, who works at a tailor shop and suddenly get struck by lightning that gains him impeccable powers and he decides to embark on a journey of saving the people of his hometown. 

Atrangi Re- 24th December 2021 (Disney+ Hotstar)

The Akshay Kumar, Sara Ali Khan and Dhanush starrer comedy-drama follows the life of a small-town girl who falls in love with two men at the same time and finds herself in the biggest dilemma of her life. The Aanand L Rai starrer also features Mohammed Zeeshan Ayyub and Dimple Hayathi in key roles.

Blood Money- 24th December 2021 (ZEE5)

The suspense-thriller film revolves around a journalist, who decides to rescue a Tamil prisoner from a foreign country. With time running out and the odds stacked against her, can she succeed?
