Deepika Padukone asks if Salman Khan will continue as host for Bigg Boss 16, here's what he had to say

Bigg Boss 16 will be hosted by Salman Khan? When Deepika Padukone, who appeared in the Bigg Boss 15 grand finale with the other lead actors, Siddhant Chaturvedi, Ananya Panday, and Dhairya Karwa from the upcoming film Gehraiyaan, asked the superstar host this question on Sunday night, Salman said he would not return to the show if his fee was not increased.

"Price increase nahi hoga toh nahi karunga," he stated unequivocally. Only time will tell if this declaration should be taken with a grain of salt.

Deepika and Salman also engaged in a game of truth or dare. When asked who she stalks, Deepika revealed that it is none other than Salman Khan. She claimed to know who the actor was with in Panvel (his family's farmhouse outside of Mumbai).

Meanwhile, Tejasswi Prakash was declared the winner of Bigg Boss 15 and Pratik Sehajpal became the runner-up. Moreover, along with the winner's announcement, it was revealed that the actor will be the leading lady in Naagin 6, produced by Ekta Kapoor.

Shamita Shetty ended up in fourth place, while Karan Kundrra became the second runner-up of the reality show. During Shamita's eviction, Salman stated that he was "shocked" and her boyfriend and actor, Raqesh Bapat, expressed a similar sentiment.

On the other hand, talking about Gehraiyaan, the film is directed by Shakun Batra. By skipping the theatrical release, the film is set to premiere on Amazon Prime Video on February 11, 2022. 

Salman has been hosting Bigg Boss since season four and has been a fan favourite since then. The superstar often says that it will be his last season during the grand finale episodes. However, Salman kept coming back and just made his fans happier than ever.

Bigg Boss 15 ended after nearly four months of its stint.
