Deiva Machan on OTT: Here is where you can watch Vemal’s fantasy drama

Deiva Machan, the 2023 Tamil fantasy comedy film starring actor Vemal in the lead role, is now available for streaming on Aha Tamil, the streaming platform announced on social media. The film is directed by Martyn Nirmal Kumar in his directorial debut. The film is also available on OTTplay Premium.

Deiva Machan which released in big screens in 2023, is now available for streaming Aha Tamil. The film stars actor Vemal in the lead role, along with a cast comprising of Pandiarajan, Anitha Sampath (who competed in Tamil reality show Bigg Boss), Neha Jha, Bala Saravanan, Aadukalam Naren and others. Deiva Machan released on April 21 and opened to mixed to positive reviews by the critics. It is directed by Martyn Nirmal Kumar in his first directorial venture.

The film revolves around an electric appliance shop owner who has a weird gift of dreaming those people who would die soon. While this delays his sister finding the right marriage alliance, they finally a groom with whom she is happy. However, the groom soon comes in the dreams of the man, only for the latter to realise that his dream might target him.

Deiva Machan is backed by banners Uday Productions and Magic Touch Pictures. The film is based on the director's short film Boodham. The technical crew consists of Camil J Alex cranking the camera and S Elayaraja is the editor of the film. The music is scored by Ajesh, and Godwin J Kodan. Meanwhile, Vemal had three releases in 2023 including Deiva Machan. He also starred Thudikkum Karangal and Kulasami.

On the other hand, Aha Tamil has been expanding its Tamil content library. The platform has recently acquired five new Tamil films which released in 2024. They include Vijay Antony-starrer Romeo, Vignesh Karthick’s Hot Spot, Ranam Aram Thavarel featuring Vaibhav Reddy, The Boys, and the recently released Oru Nodi.
