As the celebration of content continues in the age of OTT platforms, Indian filmmaker Abhinay Deo who earlier delivered some of the quirky dark comedy Hindi films - the Aamir Khan produced Delhi Belly, Late Irrfan Khan starrer Blackmail - is all set to come up with multiple films and web series.

Abhinay has partnered with Neeta Shah under their production house RDP Pulp Fiction Entertainment which green-lit the projects. The banner’s first web series 'GamerLog' was recently announced with the international studio Lionsgate, which revolves around the world of Gaming as an e-sports.

Abhinay is always known for making clutter-breaking content, be it dark comedy films in mainstream Bollywood or creating a show like 24 for Indian television which featured Anil Kapoor. He also finished shooting for a cricket-based feature film titled Doosra.

Talking about his future plans for the partnership and the kind of content that he is working on, Abhinay said, "This is a wonderful time to make content that is experimental in nature, yet entertaining and more real and relatable to the larger base of people. Our endeavour is to find stories that are rooted in our country yet relatable to the global audiences."

Adding to that Neeta Shah highlighted that together they have developed multiple scripts for both films and series belonging to various genres. She said that they are aiming to bring subjects that have not been explored yet and are relevant in the present time.

According to Abhinay, apart from his favourite genre which is Dark Comedy, their company is also writing scripts in various genres like - Political Drama, Action Heist, Sitcom, Dramedy, Espionage and Rom-Com.

When asked about when they plan on starting shooting for any of those projects, Neeta confirmed, "We already have some good studios on board as our partners. While 2 of our projects will go on floors early next year, we plan to announce a few more very soon."
