Dev begins Khadaan, Atanu Raychaudhuri meets Jeet. Here is what we know

Dev is a busy man with his films. After finishing Tekka with Srijit Mukherji, he started Khadaan's shooting on Friday. His film Pradhan was released during Christmas. Directed by Avijit Sen and produced by Atanu Roychoudhury, the film has been declared a super hit. Fans are waiting for the trio’s next film.

Earlier, in an interview, Atanu told media that he was talking with Dev regarding the new film. He also said that he might talk to Mithun Chakraborty. “I will talk to him after his shooting is finished. But the story needs to be decided first. Then the cast will be decided,” he said. Now Mithun is in Kolkata to shoot the film Shastri. The veteran actor fell ill while shooting and was taken to a hospital. Atanu went to meet him at the medical facility while he was admitted there. He also confirmed that he would bring a new film with Dev.

However, Tollywood sources say that Atanu had a meeting with Jeet. He offered Jeet to act in a new film. He may be able to cast both Dev and Jeet in the Christmas film. However, another report says there were some tensions between Dev and Atanu while shooting Pradhan. But both parties dismissed the speculations. Some netizens further speculated that this was the reason that Avijit and Atanu were changing the camp. However, there has been no confirmation or hint about their split.
