Devagudi OTT release date: When, where to stream Raghu Kunche's faction drama

In the last few months, several low-budget films have hit the screens one after the other, only to go unnoticed at the box office. One such film was Devagudi, a faction drama that was made in quick time and released within six months of its announcement.

We at OTTplay have now learned that Sun NXT has bagged the digital rights to the film for a very nominal price and will stream it from March 3, 2026. Directed by Bellam Ramakrishna Reddy, Devagudi features Abhinav Shaurya, Thoshi Alahari, and Anushri in lead roles.

The story revolves around a powerful faction family that is constantly under threat from its rivals. Dharma, a loyal aide to Veera Reddy, stands as the family’s strongest protector against enemies like Kondreddy. 

As Dharma shares a close bond with Raghava Reddy, unexpected relationships and conflicts emerge, adding emotional depth to the narrative. The film is set in the Rayalaseema region and follows a familiar template of over-the-top faction drama packed with intense confrontations and dramatic moments.

Raghu Kunche, the popular music director who has now transitioned into acting, plays a key role in the film. His performance was appreciated by critics and is considered one of the main highlights. His screen presence adds weight to the otherwise routine storyline.

These days, several low-budget films are finding a second life on OTT platforms. The latest example is Sri Chidambaram Garu, which is currently streaming on OTTplay Premium. Not many were aware of its theatrical release, but since its arrival on OTT, it has been receiving decent viewership.
