Devoleena Bhattacharjee's brother unhappy with her wedding to Shahnawaz Sheikh? His cryptic message hints so

It is just a day since Devoleena Bhattacharjee got married to Shahnawaz Sheikh and her brother has shared a cryptic message on his Instagram handle. Andeep Bhattacharjee posted a message about being ‘self-absorbed’ just a day into her wedding. Many netizens assume that his message is for his sister.

Andeep’s message was about the self-absorbed people thinking about what makes them feel good in the moment. He believes they don’t have respect for others. The one part that made everyone wonder if it was a dig at Devoleena-Shahnawaz’s wedding, was him reasoning why relationships fail.

If his cryptic message was not enough, he shared the post with a hashtag about reel. The hashtag was #ReelIsNotReal. One can even take that as a hint since Devoleena works on TV.

Soon after her wedding, Devoleena was targetted and trolled for Love Jihad. The comments on Andeep’s post also spoke about the same. “Brave guy. It needs guts to publicly disown one of your own. May almighty Maa kaali always bless and protect you and your parents big bro,” one of the comments read.

Devoleena’s wedding witnessed her friends (including Vishal Singh) and her mother in presence. Neither Andeep nor his newly-wedded wife attended the big day.

Devoleena and Shahnawaz’s wedding was a close-knit one. She got married in Lonavala and the news of her marriage broke out only when Devoleena shared photos of her husband, who she lovingly calls Shonu.

Interestingly, Devoleena had attended Andeep’s wedding reception in November. However, he did not participate in her wedding to her gym trainer just a month later.
