Dev’s Pradhan and Mithun Chakraborty’s Kabuliwala released nationally

On one hand, there is Pradhan, and on the other, Kabuliwala. The first one stars Dev and the second one stars Mithun. Soon after their release on December 22, both films entertained the audience and did well at the box office. Now, both films were released all over India on December 29. Now, Bengalis residing outside West Bengal can also watch those films.

There was anticipation about Pradhan, starring Dev and Soumitrisha. People were curious to watch Kabuliwala in colored format. According to a report published by Tolly Bangla Box Office, 167 shows of Pradhan and 202 shows of Kabuliwala are running in the second week of release in Bengal. On December 29, 18 shows of Pradhan were almost full and three shows were houseful. On the other hand, 16 shows of Kabuliwala were almost full and two shows were houseful on the same day.

Amidst the effect of Dunki and Salaar, Pradhan and Kabuliwala are giving them a tough fight. Dev said several times that Bengali stars have to be proactive so that Bengali films can give a fight. Ankush asked people to buy tickets for Bengali films. He said that it was our duty to see that Bengali films are not defeated by Hindi or South films. 

On December 28, which was an office day, several shows of Pradhan and Kabuliwala were housefull. There were four houseful shows of Salaar and no housefull for Dunki.
