The second single from Dhanush's Naane Varuven, titled Rendu Raaja, is all set to be out tomorrow. Dhanush made the announcement on his social media page and said that the single will be out tomorrow at 10.50am. He wrote, "Naane varuven 2nd single Rendu Raja Tom at 10:50 am (sic)." The first single and the teaser of the film was released recently. Dhanush will be playing a dual role in the film and the teaser gave a glimpse of the same. While one character looks like a simpleton and a doting family man, the other character seems to behave like a psychopath.

Naane Varuven marks the reunion of Dhanush and director Selvaraghavan after a decade. The last time they teamed up together was for the film Mayakkam Enna. They have also earlier worked in films like Thulluvadho Ilamai,  and Pudhupettai. With Yuvan Shankar Raja back as the film's composer, the dream team of Selvaraghavan, Dhanush and Yuvan are back.

What's interesting about Naane Varuven is that Selvaraghavan will be facing the arc lights for the film and this will be the first time that Dhanush and Selvaraghavan will be sharing screen space for a film. Elli Avr Ram will make her Tamil debut with the film. Induja Ravichandran will play the other leading lady. The supporting cast includes Yogi Babu, Prabhu, Selvaraghavan, Hiya Davey, Pranav, Prabhav, Frankenstein, Saravana Subbaiah and Shelly N Kumar to name a few.

In the meantime, we hear that the film will have a run time of 2 hours and 2 minutes, which is 122 minutes. The film has been cleared by the Censor Board with U/A certificate and Dhanush announced the same on his social media page. The film will hit screens on September 29, a day ahead of the release of the magnum opus, Ponniyin Selvan, directed by Mani Ratnam.
