Dhanveerrah and Sreeleela’s romantic film Bytwo Love gets a release date

Shortly after releasing a song called Bytwo Bytwo that captures the relationship of the lead pair of ByTwo Love, played by Dhanveerrah and Sreeleela, the makers of the film have announced that it is coming to theatres this February. Earlier today, the team announced that Bytwo Love will be released in theatres on February 25. This puts the film in direct competition with Prem’s Ek Love Ya and MG Srinivas’ Old Monk that weekend making it a very busy time for Kannada movie lovers looking to watch a film or two in theatres. All three films have been creating the right buzz in industry circles, which has insiders wondering why they’ve chosen the same release date. It is being speculated that the last weekend of February, which was earlier held by Kiccha Sudeep’s Vikrant Rona, comes just ahead of the exam season and all three films are meant for the youth, so their target audience can still make it to theatres.

Directed by Hari Santhosh of Alemaari and produced by Nisha Venkat Konanki for KVN Productions, Bytwo Love is lead actor Dhanveerrah’s second release only, after Baazaar, while it is the third Kannada film for Sreeleela, who’s done Kiss and Bharaate earlier. The film, we are told, is a romantic drama, in which the lead pair play corporate employees, who, according to the title track Bytwo Bytwo, go from being friends to lovers, with Sreeleela’s white board first mentioning them as No Friends, No Love, and No Marriage, only to wipe out No from the first two in due course of time.

Also, going by an initial poster that was released for the film, marriage also seems to be on the cards for this couple, as it featured them in wedding attire. But what caught everyone’s attention in the poster was the presence of a young child, which no one from the team has addressed yet.
