Dharma Sankat on OTT: Release date, cast, plot, and more about Satyam Bhattacharya and Roshni Bhattacharyya's romantic series

Starring Satyam Bhattacharya and Roshni Bhattacharyya Sen, the series captures the blooming of a love story amid religious issues. Dharma Sankat trailer and plot

The trailer for Dharma Sankat introduces Satyam Bhattacharya and Roshni Bhattacharyya Sen as Souvik Bandyopadhyay and Moushumi Choudhury, and they belong to the Hindu and Muslim religions, respectively. While Souvik's family is already looking for a bride for him, he falls in love with Moushumi. 

However, when they decide to inform their parents that they belong to different religions, their family members object. Mou's father asks whether Souvik can turn into a Muslim. The whole situation gets messed up after this. Will they be able to unite? For this, you need to wait till the series is released. 

Sharing the trailer, the makers captioned their post in Bengali, "Who will weigh heavier, religion or love?"

Meanwhile, in the teaser, Moushumi is heard saying, "Whether it's Pujo or Eid, everything has bond, happiness, and love", while Souvik says, "What happens when religion becomes an obstacle in the love and bond?" 

Dharma Sankat Cast and Crew

Dharma Sankat stars Satyam Bhattacharya, Roshni Bhattacharyya, Shreelekha Mukherjee, Souman Bose, Deepak Halder, and others. It is produced by Stori Boat Productions LLP, and the creative producer is Pathikrit Sengupta.

The concept and story are handled by Sahin Aktar. On the other hand, script, dialogue, and screenplay are done by Sadeep Bhattacharjee. Amit Chatterjee is the music director, while Gobinda Mondal is the costume designer. Dharma Sankat is edited by Subhajit Singha and directed by Vhik and Sahin Aktar.
