Dharma Sankat Teaser: Satyam Bhattacharya and Roshni Bhattacharyya's love story faces religious issues; Is their union possible?

Satyam Bhattacharya and Roshni Bhattacharyya Sen are all set to be seen in the upcoming Bengali romantic series, Dharma Sankat. The series, directed by Vhik and Sahin Aktar, follows a couple who face religious issues while exploring their love for each other. While the release date is still under wraps, the makers dropped the much-awaited teaser for Dharma Sankat. It will be released on Fridaay OTT platform and will be available for streaming on OTTplay Premium as well.

On May 18, the makers of Dharma Sankat shared the teaser on Fridaay's social media accounts. The teaser introduces a couple, Moushumi Choudhury and Souvik, played by Roshni Bhattacharyya Sen and Satyam Bhattacharya, respectively. The clip shows Moushumi telling that she is advised to follow all rules at home, but her soul asks, 'When will people understand love?' On the other hand, Souvik says, 'When Mou is in front of her eyes, he forgets all rules and regulations,' highlighting the power of love. 

In the background, Moushumi is heard saying, "Whether it's Pujo or Eid, everything has bond, happiness, and love" while Souvik says, "What happens when religion becomes an obstacle in the love and bond?" To find it, you need to wait till the series releases on Fridaay via OTTplay Premium!

Meanwhile, the makers already shared several posters featuring the lead actors capturing their various moment from the series, Dharma Sankat. Sharing a poster, they captioned it in Bengali, "Even if religion blinds the eyes, let love still triumph!"

Meanwhile, Dharma Sankat casts Satyam Bhattacharya, Roshni Bhattacharyya, Shreelekha Mukherjee, Souman Bose, Deepak Halder, and others. The series is produced by Stori Boat Productions LLP and the creative producer is Pathikrit Sengupta.

The concept and story are taken care of by Sahin Aktar. On the other hand, script, dialogue, and screenplay are done by Sadeep Bhattacharjee. Amit Chatterjee is the music director and Gobinda Mondal is the costume designer. Dharma Sankat is edited by Subhajit Singha.
