When it comes to reality shows, Baseer Ali, who also addresses himself as Baseer Bob, was expected to be a part of the upcoming reality show, The 50. However, the contestant, who has been a part of Roadies, Splitsvilla and Ace of Space in the past, said no to the project and the reason goes beyond Khatron Ke Khiladi opportunity. During his recent conversation, Baseer opened up on what made him say no to the reality show that all are waiting for tonight. Here’s what you need to know…

While talking to Zoom, Baseer Ali spilled the real reason why he said no to the upcoming reality show, The 50. “I love talking about the work that I'm doing or about to do. I said no to The 50 because [it was] very immediate from Bigg Boss. I personally feel that emotionally, physically, mentally, I'm not ready for any show, not just The 50 or anything. Not another reality show just now,” he stated, while emphasizing that he needs a break in between reality shows to build back and enter with fresh energy.

Confirming that Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi was indeed one reason to refuse The 50, Baseer Ali stated, “If I walk into a show with 50 per cent battery, then I'm going to be at a zero very soon, and others are going to come at full energy, so I don't want to put myself there. Other than that, my eyes are on Khatron Ke Khiladi, I would like to save my energy and see if that's going to happen for me this year or no.”
Having said that, Baseer assures his fans that he has been reaching out for various projects and is expecting that something works out very soon. “Having said that, hamaari paancho aur paancho ungliyaan ghee mein hai. Duson ungliyon mein se koi toh rang lekar aayegi, yeh main bata sakta hoon,” he shared. Baseer does not want to let go of anything because he himself is unsure what is he good at. Citing the example of acting and appearing in music videos has proven fruitful, Baseer refuses to halt and is fully open to projects. The Bigg Boss 19 contestant believes in staying positive.
