Grammy-winning singer Ed Sheeran, who has a massive social media following on Instagram, recently visited India for a week, from March 10th to March 17th. He was primarily in the country to wrap up his Mathematics Tour. During his stay, he interacted with several celebrities, including Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh. Diljit has now shared a message for Sheeran.

Diljit has a lovely message for Ed Sheeran

This afternoon, Diljit shared a video in which his cook can be seen preparing breakfast. While interacting with the cook, Diljit sweetly recalled the fond memories of Ed Sheeran’s concert which took place in Mumbai last night. During the concert, Diljit was given a chance to perform his iconic song ‘Lover’ along with Ed Sheeran.

Further, Diljit disclosed Ed Sheeran’s humble nature. The Punjabi singer said that the British singer walked down to the former's green room and requested him for a sound check hours before the concert.

Diljit told his cook, “Banda bahut pyaara tha. Dada, woh banda stage pe rehkar kisi aur ko bhej sakta tha sound check ke liye. Par woh banda humare green room main aaya. Woh kitna achha banda tha. (The guy was really sweet. Dude, he could have stayed on stage and sent someone else for the sound check. But he came to our green room. He was such a good guy.)”

Diljit Dosanjh performs Lover

During his Mathematics Tour, renowned singer Ed Sheeran took the stage in Mumbai with an electrifying performance. On March 16, he teamed up with Punjabi singer Diljit Dosanjh for a few minutes for an unforgettable evening. Sheeran showcased his vocal prowess by singing Dosanjh's popular song Lover in Punjabi, captivating the audience.
