March 2024 was one of the most cherished months for Kareena Kapoor Khan fans! The entire month, she was busy promoting Crew and receiving praise for her stellar performance in the movie. Presently, the film has minted over Rs 50 crores theatrically in India and the fans of the actress can’t wait to see her in more film projects. Knowing this, Kareena has something to say about her upcoming theatrical, Singham Again.
Kareena Kapoor talks about Singham Again
Singham Again is one of the most-awaited action films of 2024. Directed by Rohit Shetty, this film will feature Ajay Devgn in the key role alongside Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor and Ranveer Singh. Deepika Padukone will also have a minor role in the film. August 15, 2024, is the release date of the film.
During an Instagram interaction with her fans and well-wishers, Arjun Kapoor asked Kareena if she enjoyed working on Singham Again sets. Kareena – with a bunch of laughing emoticons, replied, “Aapko toh pata hee hoga sir Arjun Kapoor”
Singham Again will be clashing with Telugu film Pushpa 2 at the box office in India.
Is Kareena Kapoor happy about Crew’s success?
In a chat with India Today, Kareena said that she is “happy and proud to be a part of not one, but two super successful women-centric films” namely Crew and Veere Di Wedding (2018). “We have seen all our heroes take center stage doing a road trip or a heist movie, but to have girls do it and the world watches and laud it, trust me, it is just a different feeling,” she said to the news outlet today.
Kareena further outlined that content is the king of her profession. If the content is good, then only the film will be a success. “It’s indeed an interesting time for all passionate actors. So grateful to be here at this point after 25 years in the industry,” Kareena concluded.
Kareena Kapoor recently completed 25 years of working as an actress in the Hindi film industry. She is married to actor Saif Ali Khan, with whom she has two kids, Taimur and Jeh.
