Since they are related, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Alia Bhatt have a special relationship. The divas recently shocked their followers by posting a series of photos on social media. So, during her public outing in Delhi, with no surprises, Kareena was quizzed about any possibilities of collaborating with Alia on the big screen.

On Monday, a few days after she posted the photos online, Kareena landed in Delhi for a promotional appearance. There, during a press interaction, she gave the public a hint about her film project with Alia.

The actor was asked which director she would have preferred to work with if she had been placed with Alia in a film, and she responded that there are so many directors out there. The writing is important, as is the content these days. Therefore, anyone with a fantastic script...

Meanwhile, the photos included Alia and Kareena dressed in traditional Indian clothing. Their post was captioned, "Can it get any better... P.S. Can someone please cast us in a film together? although we may spend most of our time on set reflecting. (sic)"

Their devoted fans were left wondering if the two artists were finally working together after reading that message.

Kareena and Alia are related to each other as sisters-in-law. Alia is married to Ranbir Kapoor, who happens to be Kareena's cousin.

Meanwhile, Alia is basking in the glory of Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani's commercial and critical triumph. She will be seen alongside Katrina Kaif and Priyanka Chopra in the upcoming film Jee Le Zaraa. However, Kareena has upcoming roles in Sujoy Ghosh's Devotion of Suspect X and Hansal Mehta's The Crew.

Interestingly, Kareena and Alia earlier worked together in Udta Punjab, co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Diljit Dosanjh. Abhishek Chaubey was the director, and the movie premiered in 2016.
