Disha Patani is joining hands with Mohit Suri yet again for Ek Villain Returns. The film sees her paired opposite John Abraham. The actress recently opened up about filming some of the intimate scenes in the upcoming film, crediting the makers for making sure that she did not feel uncomfortable through them.

According to a report in India Today, Disha opened up about doing intimate scenes for the film, during a press conference for Ek Villain Returns in Delhi. The actress said that she felt extremely comfortable doing the scenes, and said that she had no complaints whatsoever. Disha spoke of her elation on having got a chance to work with John and said that he and the director made sure that she did not feel any sort of discomfort throughout the scenes. “He(John), Mohit Sir and the whole team ensured that I felt comfortable at every point”, said Disha.

The upcoming film marks Disha’s most recent collaboration with Mohit Suri. The duo had collaborated on the 2020 film Malang, which also starred Aditya Roy Kapur,Anil Kapoor and Kunal Khemu.

In addition to Disha and John, Ek Villain Returns also features Arjun Kapoor and Tara Sutaria in leading roles. The upcoming film is the spiritual successor to Mohit’s 2014 film Ek Villain, which starred Sidharth Malhotra, Shraddha Kapoor and Riteish Deshmukh in leading roles.

Ek Villain Returns, produced by Shobha Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar and Mohit, will hit the big screens on July 29, 2022. The film was produced under the banners of Balaji Motion Pictures and T-Series.

Meanwhile Disha’s upcoming releases include Sagar Ambre and Pushkar Ojha’s Yodha and Nag Ashwin’s Project K. The former, produced by Karan johar, will see the actress share the screen with Sidharth Malhotra and Raashi Khanna. Project K also stars Prabhas, Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan.
