Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness new teaser: Benedict Cumberbatch and Elizabeth Olsen are in a nightmare

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is one of the most anticipated movies around the world. Marvel Studios has now released a new teaser for the movie as well as a poster. 

The latest teaser, which is titled ‘Dream’, sees Doctor Strange played by Benedict Cumberbatch and Wanda Maximoff played by Elizabeth Olsen talking about a recurring dream, which is soon called a nightmare by the latter. The teaser also gives a look into the dark forces the two heroes will come across in the movie, including the evil versions of themselves. 

Marvel Studios have also released two new posters for the upcoming superhero movie. While one of the posters gives a look at all the big characters we will see in the movie, the second poster features Doctor Strange and a few other characters in shards of a broken mirror, which could possibly be the mirror dimension. 

With the movie’s release less than a month away, the makers are busy promoting the picture. The studio has released more posters throughout the day. 

Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is directed by Sam Raimi, who helms a Marvel project after Spider-Man 3. Apart from Cumberbatch and Olsen, the movie also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Benedict Wong, Xochitl Gomez, Michael Stuhlbarg and Rachel McAdams among others. 

The 28th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU), Doctor Strange and the Multiverse of Madness comes as part of MCU’s Phase Four. The movie, which will take the heroes deep into the multiverse, is set to hit theatres around the world on May 6, 2022.
