This time, the story is all about the younger generation stepping up and taking charge. It's their turn to steer the ship and secure the family’s future.
Hugh Bonneville returns as Robert Crawley, the Earl of Grantham, and Elizabeth McGovern as his wife Cora. Their daughters Lady Mary and Lady Edith are played by Michelle Dockery and Laura Carmichael, respectively. Matthew Goode plays Lady Mary's divorced husband.
The 2-minute-44-second video already left fans in tears. The Grand Finale turns out the first movie without having the Late Maggie Smith (who portrayed Violet Crawley, the Dowager Countess of Grantham) since her death in 2024.
