Box office receipts for Dream Girl 2 have been consistently in the double digits. Dream Girl 2 plot

In Dream Girl 2, Karam (Ayushmann), a young man from Mathura, is having trouble coming up with the money to pay off the debt that his father (Annu Kapoor) racked up by borrowing money from almost everyone on earth. On the other side, he is head over heels in love with Pari (Ananya Panday), whose father (Manoj Joshi) has a few requirements to meet before they can get married. Karam decides to dress up as Pooja to make ends meet, leading to complete anarchy and a comedy of errors.
