Dream Girl 2: Veteran actor Jeetendra having an interesting conversation with 'Pooja'; WATCH VIDEO!

It seems that the makers are the Ayushmann Khurrana starrer are not going to stop at anything as far as the film’s marketing and curiosity building aspects are concerned. Just a few days back, readers may know that, we had reported about what happened when ‘Dream Girl’ Ayushmann Khurrana met with the Bollywood’s ‘OG’ dreamgirl Hema Malini.

This time round, its none other than the veteran actor Jeetendra who is at the ‘receiving end’ of the conversation with the Dream Girl Pooja (as played by Ayushmann Khurrana in the film by the same name). The makers of the film ‘Dreamgirl’ have today released an extremely interesting video featuring Ayushmann Khurrana and Jeetendra.

The said video starts off with Jeetendra seizing an opportunity to talk to Pooja. After the line gets connected, Jeetendra, in all grace, calls out, “Hello Pooja”. To which, Pooja (Ayushmann Khurrana) replies, “Hello…paay laagu uncle”. To which, Jeetendra immediately replies, “Arre..Uncle nahi.. Jeetu bolo. You can call me Jeet also”. Hearing this, Pooja says, “Aapa naam lene mein darr lagta hai”. That’s when, Jeetendra immediately says, “Dar ke aagey jeet hai. And jeet ke aaget Jeetendra”. This is followed by an interesting conversation that, eventually leads Jeetendra to ask Pooja (Ayushmann Khurrana), “Waise tum aa kab rahi ho”, which is basically hinting indirectly at the release date of the film!

So far, the makers of the film have released two tracks of the film viz., ‘Dil ka Telephone' and 'Naach'. As for the film ‘Dream Girl 2’, it is a sequel to the hit film ‘Dream Girl’. Just like the first part, ‘Dream Girl 2’ also has the extremely talented Ayushmann Khurrana playing the titular role. This time round, Ananya Panday will be see playing his on-screen love interest. The film also stars the veteran actors like Annu Kapoor, Paresh Rawal, Vijay Raaz, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Manoj Joshi, Seema Pahwaa in important roles.

While the film ‘Dream Girl 2’ has been directed by Raaj Shaandilyaa, it has been produced by Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film is slated to release all over on August 25, 2023.
