Dude, the recently released Tamil film starring actors Pradeep Ranganathan and Mamitha Baiju in the lead roles, is all set to make its OTT debut, even as the film is running in selected screens. The blockbuster drama’s post-theatrical rights have been sold to Netflix, which announced the premiere date as November 14. You will be able to watch the original Tamil version along with other languages, including Telugu and Hindi.

Dude, the 2025 romantic entertainer, which further cemented the stardom of Pradeep Ranganthan at the box office, is soon going to make its OTT debut. Netflix has bagged the OTT rights and will be releasing Dude in multiple languages this week. You can stream the film in Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada as well, on November 14.

Written and directed by debutant Keerthiswaran, Dude is a romantic entertainer which features Mamitha Baiju as the female lead. The film also stars Sarathkumar, Rohini, Hridhu Haroon, Dravid Selvam and others in prominent supporting roles. Dude revolves around two childhood best friends and first cousins who run an event company together. But unrequited love comes in between them, which makes them go through a roller-coaster ride of emotions as they have to navigate through marriage and pregnancy together.
Dude – Pradeep Ranganathan’s hattrick success
Dude had made over Rs 100 crore at the box office, making it the third time continuously for Pradeep Ranganathan, who had entered the 100-cr-club already with Dragon and Love Today. The film resonated with the youth audience, for its entertaining and refreshing making. The film has music by Sai Abhyankkar, and the Oorum Blood track became a chartbuster.
Meanwhile, as you wait for Dude OTT release, all eyes are on Pradeep’s next, which will release in December. Titled Love Insurance Kompany, it is a romantic film set in future and is written and directed by Vignesh Shivan.
