With Pathaan and Jawan already released, Shah Rukh Khan's upcoming film Dunki has left people eagerly anticipating whether it will also be a blockbuster. As the release date of the film draws near, that is the question on everyone's mind. As per the latest reports, the superstar has lent his talents to the Rajkumar Hirani-directed dramedy just two weeks before its theatrical release. As of late last week, SRK reportedly departed for the UAE to shoot a music video.

Mid Day reported that, for marketing reasons, Shah Rukh and Raju painstakingly created the dancing routine. An insider claims that both have orchestrated the shoot for the song in only three days, allowing him to return in time for Tuesday night's premiere of Suhana's debut film, The Archies. On the outskirts of Abu Dhabi, they shot the number with a small crew. The superstar always brings his A-game to the dance floor, and this one promises to be more exciting because of its uniqueness.
The rumour mill claims that SRK's local fans in the UAE went wild over the announcement of the music video shoot. Despite the mixed reviews for the Dunki trailer, insiders predict the cast will launch their promotional campaign with the new song.

Plot synopsis of Dunki
Meanwhile, in Dunki, a trip to England is the pinnacle of achievement for four friends hailing from a small Punjabi town. Their issue is that they are missing both the visa and the ticket. What follows is an entertaining and touching account of a daring voyage across the sea and desert, but most importantly, through the hinterlands of their thoughts.
A perilous voyage that puts their bravery, intelligence, and clashing ideas to the test and ultimately shapes who they are. Amidst the many themes explored in Dunki—love, homecoming, borders, and friendship—stands a narrative.
The film also stars Taapsee Pannu as the female lead and Boman Irani in a supporting role. Meanwhile, Vicky Kaushal makes an extended cameo appearance in the film. Dunki is scheduled for release on December 21, 2023.
