Anurag Kashyap gave the world almost 8 hours of golden content when he made Gangs Of Wasseypur Part One and Gangs Of Wasseypur Part Two. The movies were labelled iconic in no time and took the world by storm. Not just in India, but they are considered among the best movies across the world. Many ace talents that are ruling Bollywood at this moment star in the cult classic film, inducing Vicky Kaushal. But while the accolades keep coming and we continue to obsess over Anurag Kashyap's films, did you ever imagine that Ed Sheeran is also a fan of the movies?

Ed Sheeran Is A Gangs Of Wasseypur Fan

In the recent past, we have seen multiple crossovers take place. But the fact that Ed Sheeran is a Gangs Of Wasseypur fan is still fascinating for various reasons. The revelation was made by Huma Qureshi, who stars in the cult movies. She herself got to find out about this when she attended Farah Khan's recent party for Ed Sheeran in Mumbai.

Ed Sheeran has been making headlines for his second India visit. The pop sensation has been in the country for close to a week and is always in the news. Just like in 2017, when Ed was last in India, Farah Khan threw a party at her den to celebrate the singer’s visit. Huma Qureshi was also at the party, where Ed confessed to her that he is a fan of her film Gangs Of Wasseypur. And that made Huma’s day.

Huma Qureshi's Post

Sharing pictures from the party, Huma Qureshi wrote, “Last night when @teddysphotos told me he loved #gangsofwasseypur bas aur kya night was made !!! 🤍 happy faces .. thank u @farahkhankunder for the being the best host and taking the worst photos. no one like you.” Reacting to the post with a comment, Farah Khan wrote, “Ul had me into viral bhayani at my own party.”

Gangs Of Wasseypur is a film about a lawless village in heartland India where power is supreme and men can go to any extent to save their supremacy. The movie starred Huma Qureshi alongside Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Manoj Bajpayee, Richa Chadha, Piyush Mishra, and others.
