Singer Arijit Singh is an example of how a person, at the peak of fame, can live a simple life. Not only his songs, Arijit mesmerises people as a person also. Now, Kamaleswar Mukhopadhyay, the director of the film Chander Pahar, added his name to the list of Arijit's fans. Arijit sang the song Nishpolok for Kamaleswar's upcoming film Ektu Sore Bosun, which features Ritwick Chakraborty, Paoli Dam, Ishaa Saha, and others.
The song was arranged by Ranjoy Bhattacharya. Kamaleswar showered Arijit with praise while sharing his experience of working with him on the song. The director wrote on his Facebook wall, “I contacted Arijit Singh through Ranojoy (lyric and music), for a song in my film Ektu Sore Bosun. He sang a song for Chander Pahar many years back. He perhaps remembered me for that reason.”

Kamaleswar also said, “In my opinion, he is of international level and let me say one or two words about him. Nowadays, I am scared to get attention from a person of such stature. But surprisingly, he is so down-to-earth and humble! We heard a lot about his simple living. But from his working style, behaviour, and passion to work, I understood that as a person, he is bigger.”
Kamaleswar further wrote “He is much younger to me. But I learned a lot of life lessons from this rare and humane artist. I am enriched. Stay well, Arijit Singh. You are by people's side.”
